Lisa Energy Healing


I was born into a lineage of women who listened to what could not be seen.
As a child, I could feel energy moving through people and spaces—subtle shifts in emotion, heaviness in the heart, tightness in the body. I didn’t know the names of the chakras yet, but I could sense when energy was blocked in the throat, when the heart carried unspoken pain, or when fear settled deep in the root.
My mother and grandmother recognized this sensitivity immediately. They taught me that intuition is not something to fear—it is something to remember. Through ancestral wisdom passed quietly from one generation to the next,
I learned to trust the language of energy and the intelligence of the soul.
As I grew, my awareness expanded into the ability to read the energetic body, sensing where chakras were imbalanced and where old emotional patterns were stored. I learned that energy holds memory, and that healing happens when those memories are acknowledged and gently released.
Lisa Energy Healing is my way of honoring my ancestors while guiding others back into alignment.
My work is intuitive, compassionate, and guided by the belief that every soul already knows how to heal--
​it simply needs space, intention, and trust.

My mission is to guide individuals back into balance by helping them recognize, release, and realign the energy stored within their bodies and chakras.
Grounded in ancestral lineage passed down through my mother and grandmother, and guided by intuitive awareness,
​my work honors the natural intelligence of the mind, body, and spirit. I create a safe, compassionate space where stagnant energy, emotional blocks, and energetic imbalances can be gently acknowledged and cleared.
Through intentional energy reading and chakra alignment, I support others in reconnecting with their inner clarity, restoring harmony, and remembering their own capacity to heal.
Lisa Energy Healing exists to empower transformation—not by fixing, but by guiding each person back to their natural state of alignment, awareness, and inner light.
